Shipping Policy – Bare Hands Bracelets

At Bare Hands Bracelets, we take pride in handcrafting each piece with care. Below, you’ll find all the details regarding our shipping process, delivery timeframes, and express options.
Processing & Dispatch Times
All our bracelets are handmade to order, so please allow time for crafting before shipping.
- Standard Processing Time: Orders are typically dispatched within 2-3 weeks unless otherwise specified.
- Peak Seasons (Nov-Jan): Please expect longer processing times due to increased demand.
- Rush My Order Option: We offer a Rush My Order service for an additional fee, prioritising your order to be dispatched within 24 hours (Monday–Thursday).
- Orders placed Friday or over the weekend will be dispatched the next business day (usually Monday, or Tuesday if there’s a public holiday).
- While we strive to meet these timeframes, external courier delays may be beyond our control.
Shipping Options & Timeframes
We offer both domestic and international shipping, with multiple options available to suit your needs.
Australia Shipping:
- Standard Shipping (Tracked): 2-6 business days after dispatch.
- Express Shipping: 1-3 business days after dispatch.
- Courier Shipping (Optional Upgrade): 1-2 business days after dispatch.
International Shipping:
- Standard International Shipping (Tracked): 5-15 business days after dispatch (varies by destination).
- Express International Shipping: 3-7 business days after dispatch.
- Courier Shipping (Optional Upgrade): 3-4 business days to most locations.
Please Note: Shipping timeframes are estimates provided by carriers. We are not responsible for carrier delays once your order has been dispatched.
Tracking Your Order
All orders are sent with tracking. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your parcel.
If you haven’t received a shipping confirmation email within the stated processing time, please check your spam folder or contact us at info@barehandsbracelets.com.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
For international orders, customs duties and taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These fees are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the shipping cost. Please check with your local customs office for estimated charges before purchasing.
Incorrect Address or Lost Packages
Please double-check your shipping details before placing your order. We are not responsible for:
- Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
- Lost or stolen packages once marked as "delivered" by the courier.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, re-shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility.
Public Holidays & Delays
Shipping carriers do not operate on public holidays, and orders placed during these times will be processed on the next business day. We appreciate your patience during peak seasons or unforeseen courier delays.
